Prices are per month, in USD. Every plan renders in your brand from your own brand spec, and every render goes through a verification gate that withholds output that fails it, so what reaches you has been checked, not a raw draft.

How you start: subscribe via the payment link, then reply to your Stripe receipt with your company name — that one reply is the only thing we need from you. Your workspace is activated within 1 business day: a person provisions it and seeds a starter brand space, which is why activation isn’t instant. Your sign-in link arrives at the email you paid with.

The video add-on — premium output
Video is DocMark’s premium format: narrated, branded, and checked with deterministic output gates (duration and container integrity) before delivery. Narration is available in English or Simplified Chinese, with a selectable male or female voice. USD 29 / month adds 5 video credits to any plan; each video credit covers one finished video of up to about five minutes. One render credit = one generation run including the mandatory verification pass. Asking for best-of-N generates N candidates and debits N credits. When you reach your monthly credits, you upgrade or wait for the reset — we don’t throttle you into surprise overage bills.
Enterprise
For deployments beyond the cloud plans — your own cloud tenant or self-managed options — the shapes below are fixed; the numbers are quoted at a scoping conversation.
- Enterprise pilot — a fixed-fee, fixed-scope pilot: deployment in your chosen mode, brand onboarding included, an acceptance walkthrough, and an agreed pilot period with success criteria. See the pilot program.
- Enterprise subscription — license plus support for self-managed deployments after a successful pilot. See comparing the modes.
- Video entitlement — video is live as a premium output; enterprise entitlement is enabled per client brand at scoping. Presenter and voice remain consent-gated and disclosed regardless of entitlement.
Brand onboarding — one-off service
Every new corporate brand is onboarded once, by us, as a fixed-fee service — because generation is only as good as the brand specification behind it. We encode your templates, guidelines, logos and reference material as your versioned brand spec; render samples in each format you license; run them through the verification gate with deliberate failure cases; and iterate until your brand team signs off. One brand onboarding is included in every enterprise pilot. For self-serve plans, a starter brand space is included — a clean, neutral look carrying your company name, with self-serve controls to add your own logo and colours in the portal. Professional brand setup (from your templates, site, and guidelines) is available as a paid service — priced by arrangement.

Common questions
What is a credit? One credit is one generation run, and every run includes the verification pass. Best-of-N makes N candidates and uses N credits. Every plan includes verification; it is never sold separately.
Is there a free plan? No — the free paths are the sample generator and the Brand Defect Review. For teams we run scoped feedback pilots by arrangement.
Can I use my own corporate Word template? Yes — DocMark renders into your own .dotx
template: your chrome, your named styles win.
Why is activation not instant? Because a person provisions and verifies your workspace and seeds a starter brand space before you pay for a second month. One business day, usually much less.
What currency are prices in? USD. You’re charged in USD; your card issuer converts if your account is in another currency.
